What to include for a correction
The page URL, the detail that is wrong, and what it should say. A screenshot from the provider's own checkout settles pricing questions immediately.
What we cannot help with
We cannot access your subscription, reset credentials or troubleshoot playback on a service you have already bought. That goes to the provider's own support, which has the account access we do not.
Corrections policy
Factual errors are corrected on the page and the update date is changed. We do not quietly edit scores without noting it.
