It is not generated by the channels themselves, which is why gaps on smaller regional channels are normal on every provider including the ones we run. What varies is how large the gaps are.

Why is my EPG empty on some channels?
Guide data arrives from separate feeds and is not available for every channel, particularly smaller regional ones. Sampling twenty channels during a trial shows how complete a given provider's data really is.
What is the best alternative to VolarTV?
